Question: How does it work?
Answer: Reach out to me via contact form, e-mail, or Instagram direct messaging to get the ball rolling. Please give me as much detail as possible on how you'd like your piece to look and what stones attract you. I will send you stone options from my collection, and then we can move forward from there.
Answer: I would never charge you more for your custom piece than I would if I were to normally produce and sell the piece online. I will give you my best quote based off stone, labor hours, detail, and material cost but the amount could change by the end of the production if something takes longer than originally anticipated- I will ensure that this amount change is okay and try to communicate as much as I can through the process.
Question: When do I pay?
Answer: I will send you a PayPal invoice that has a required 50% up front deposit THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR CAN NO LONGER COMMIT. This 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. The remainder is due 24 hours within the piece being completed and shipped to it's forever home. If you'd like to pay in full, that is fine too and will be noted. If you'd prefer an online listing, we can accommodate that also.
Question: Can I return or exchange my custom piece?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. This piece is made with you and you in mind and being a small business could not justify the time/materials and cost if this piece is not able to be resold. With that being said, I want my customers to be happy. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your custom please reach out to me ASAP.
